Ingredients:

• Schnitzer Organic Vanilla Muffins & Chocolate
• 200 g cream cheese
• 100 g powdered sugar
• Almond brittle
• Decorative carrots
• Chocolate eggs, chocolate bunnies

Preparation:

1. Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth.

2. Then spread over the muffins, similar to an Easter nest.

3. Roll the sides of the muffins in the brittle.

4. Decorate the muffins as desired with chocolate or decorative carrots.
