We are a medium-sized, constantly growing company that has been in existence since the late 60s, with a traditional corporate philosophy. We produce in a modern bakery in the sunny southwest of Germany. We still value a high level of craftsmanship. For this reason, many master bakers and journeymen work in our production department. The company has been involved with the topics of healthy nutrition and grain for more than half a century. However, Schnitzer is a pioneer not only in the food sector, but also in the field of household grain mills and flakers.
