Vor 14 Jahren wurde bei mir Zöliakie diagnostiziert. Lange Zeit habe ich Brotsorten verschiedener Hersteller ausprobiert bis ich vor zwei Jahren auf das Sauerteigbrot mit Chia und Quinoa sowie das Sauerteigbrot mit Amaranth von Schnitzer gestossen bin. Diese Brotsorten sind sehr, sehr lecker und ich werde sicher nicht mehr auf andere Hersteller überwechseln.
