Our grain mills are handcrafted precision devices. For over 40 years, we have been optimizing the quality and durability of our grain mills. The stones are hand-cast in a multi-stage process and gently dried over several weeks at a constant temperature. This gives them their hardness and prevents cracks. Since kitchen machines do not have particularly high rotation speeds, the Naxos basalt grinding mechanism is optimally suited for this application.
