Our milling attachments are handcrafted precision instruments. For over 40 years, we have been optimizing the quality and durability of our milling attachments. The stones are hand-cast using a multi-stage process and gently dried for several weeks at a constant temperature. This gives them their hardness and prevents cracks. Since kitchen machines do not have particularly high rotational speeds, the Naxos basalt grinding mechanism is optimally suited for this application.
