When Sabine was diagnosed with gluten intolerance almost 10 years ago, she was relieved on the one hand because she finally knew where her symptoms were coming from. Nevertheless, she initially felt largely left alone with the diagnosis. She lacked sources of information about what to look out for and where gluten was hidden. That is why it is important to her to educate people about the topic so that those affected know directly how to deal with the diagnosis.

Overall, she attaches great importance to a healthy and balanced diet that supports her in her sporting achievements, in line with our motto "Enjoy life".

We are a medium-sized company with our own production of gluten-free food at our Offenburg site. In doing so, we contribute to strengthening our region, creating and securing jobs here. Every day, more than 100 colleagues are entrusted with manufacturing products of the highest quality. We are a certified organic company and produce 100% organic products. Our production is also certified in accordance with the International Food Standard (IFS).
