Ein Punkt abzug, aufgrund meiner persönlichen geschmacklichen Vorlieben. Erwartet hätte ich ein eher knackiges Brot, das evtl. an Vollkornknäcke erinnern könnte. Allerdigs handelt es sich um ein softes Brot, das geschmacklich aber mit den vielen anderen sehr leckeren Schnitzer Produkten ohne weiteres mithalten kann.
