Filled rolls

Ingredients for 12 filled bread rolls
- 12 Oat Panini
- 4 eggs
- 50 ml cream
- 200 g bacon bits
- 100 g onion
- 100 g parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
First, cut a circular indentation into the top of the bread roll and remove the crumbs and crust to create a hole for filling.
Sprinkle a teaspoon of parmesan cheese into each roll. Season the eggs with salt and pepper and whisk with the cream. Then add the chopped onion and diced bacon bits.
Place the rolls in an ovenproof dish and fill with the onion and bacon mixture. Finally, sprinkle a little more parmesan over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the egg mixture is set and the rolls are golden brown.
Remove, let cool for 5 minutes, and serve with chopped parsley.
Enjoy!
TIP: Simply keep the leftover bread pieces, let them dry, and grind them into breadcrumbs.
