Information about ordering online

Our webshop gives you the opportunity to order your desired products with just a few clicks. In the following lines we have put together the various options and functions for you.

Step 1

You will see the shopping cart symbol next to each product in our web shop. For most products, you can choose a specific variant, e.g. "Box" or "piece". If the product is currently not in stock, it cannot be ordered.

If you want to order the product, simply click "into the shopping cart" and the desired item is already in the shopping cart.

2nd step

You can access your shopping cart at any time using the direct link at the top right (shopping cart icon or bag icon) on our homepage.

3rd step

You can store a voucher code in the shopping cart. You can also give us a delivery date request. We try our best to keep the delivery day. You can also have the resulting shipping costs calculated here. Simply fill in the fields and the webshop will tell you what the delivery costs.
As soon as you are satisfied with the product composition in your shopping cart, you can continue the ordering process with the button "Checkout".

4th step

A window opens in which you can log in with an existing account, create a new account or place a guest order. You can only access order tracking, order history and much more later with a registered account.

Here you should finally check your order, enter a different delivery address and choose the shipping and payment method. The ordering process is completed by clicking on the "Order with payment" button.

Information about ordering a phone

You can of course also order from us by phone. You can reach us from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

We ship your order on the same or the following working day after receipt of the order and receipt of payment. Within Germany, the delivery time with DHL is usually 1 - 3 working days; abroad, the delivery time can increase significantly depending on the country.

The ordered items are always delivered in full, partial deliveries are not possible. If the order does not fit in one package, we will send several packages. This does not increase the shipping costs for you.

With the shipping confirmation you will receive a link to track your package. As a registered customer, you can also find the shipment status of an order under My customer account> Orders. There you can see the status of your individual orders at any time.
